Refund Policy

At Webx.marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design, development, SEO services, and other digital solutions to help businesses establish a robust online presence. Our team works diligently to meet the unique needs of our clients, and we take pride in our transparent and affordable pricing. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy.

• Web Design & Development Services

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work on any project. This deposit covers the initial consultation, research, and design mock-ups.

• • Refund Eligibility:

    • If the client decides to cancel the project before any development work has started beyond the initial deposit stage, they may be eligible for a partial refund.

    • Once design and development have begun, the client may not be eligible for a refund on the work completed.

    • If there are delays or issues caused by Webx.marketing that significantly impact the project timeline, we may offer a partial refund or a credit towards future services.

• Monthly Retainers: Our SEO services are typically offered on a monthly basis, with a retainer fee.

• Refund Eligibility:

  • Due to the nature of SEO and the time it takes to see results, refunds are not typically offered for SEO services already rendered.

  • If a client is unsatisfied with the progress of SEO efforts, they may request to discontinue services. However, refunds will not be provided for the current month.

  • In rare cases, such as failure to deliver agreed-upon services, a partial refund may be considered.

Refund Eligibility:

• Add-on modules such as eCommerce, booking systems, events management, blogs, forums, groups, and food ordering are developed as per client requirements. Refunds for these modules will only be provided if the service is not delivered as per the agreed specifications.

• If the client requests modifications or changes after delivery, these will be billed separately and are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Eligibility:

• Custom development services are non-refundable once the work has commenced. However, in the case of failure to deliver the agreed-upon services or if there is a major issue in the scope of work from Webx.marketing's side, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.

Clients may cancel their services with Webx.marketing at any time by providing written notice. However, refunds will only be processed in accordance with the eligibility terms mentioned above. Prepaid services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Webx.marketing may recommend or integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the refund policies or performance of these services. Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions of any third-party providers separately.

• To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to connect@cosmic365.ai, outlining the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with features not included in the original agreement, or the client’s failure to provide necessary inputs to complete the project.

This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
