When Should You Make the Payment?

To ensure every project moves seamlessly from development to deployment, we follow a simple two-step payment process. Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ First Payment — Before We Commence the Project
The first payment marks the official start of your project. Once the payment is made, our billing team will generate a Project ID linked to your payment reference number.
This Project ID is crucial — without it, we won’t be able to add your project to our Project Management Software, which tracks timelines, deliverables, and progress across all teams.
In short:
✅ First payment → Project ID generated → Work begins
2️⃣ Second Payment — Before Domain Connection
The second payment is due right before we connect your domain. This step ensures that we can purchase all the necessary components required to launch your website securely and efficiently.
The second payment reference number is also used to generate a Deployment Project ID for our server team — allowing them to move your website from the development environment to the live deployment server.
🌐 Moving from Development to Deployment
Once your website is fully developed and approved, our team will migrate it from the development server (where all the design and coding happens) to the deployment server (the live environment where your domain goes public).
In Summary:
💰 First Payment: Before project commencement → Generates Project ID
💰 Second Payment: Before domain connection → Enables deployment
