When it comes to managing your website, one of the most common areas of confusion is understanding who handles what.
Clients often reach out to us asking about their domain expiry or renewal dates. While we are always happy to guide you, it’s important to know that domain management is not part of our services.
Let’s break it down clearly.
1. We Do NOT Handle Domain Registrations
Domain registration involves purchasing and renewing your website name (example: yourwebsite.com).This is always handled by the domain registrar—the company where you originally bought the domain.
If you need information such as:
Domain expiry date
Renewal details
Registrar login
Domain lock/unlock status
👉 Please contact your domain provider directly. They are the only ones who can give you accurate updates regarding domain validity and renewal.
2. What We Handle: Hosting Services
While we don’t manage domains, we do manage hosting services.Hosting is where your website’s files, images, code, and database are stored.
For any of the following:
Website loading issues
Server performance
Hosting renewal
Hosting upgrades
Data backup on the hosting server
👉 You can contact us anytime. We are responsible for your website hosting environment.
In simple terms:
Domain = Website Name
Hosting = Website Storage & Performance
Both are essential but managed by different service providers.
3. Email Services — Check With Your Email Provider
If your business uses custom email accounts like info@yourdomain.com, these are usually handled by:
Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
Zoho Mail
cPanel Email
Your domain/hosting provider (in some cases)
For email-related issues like:
Password resets
Email not sending/receiving
Email storage full
Email migration
👉 Please contact your email service provider for support.
Quick Summary
Service Needed | Who to Contact |
Domain (expiry, renewal, ownership) | Your domain provider |
Hosting | Us |
Email (login issues, configuration, password reset) | Your email provider |
Conclusion
To maintain a smooth, efficient workflow, each service must be handled by the right provider. We are fully committed to supporting you with hosting, but domain and email services require contacting the respective providers.
