Yes, you can use your existing domain for the new website. However, for optimal performance, updates, backups, security firewalls, and Content Delivery Network (CDN) services, your website will be hosted on our data center. We have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place with datacenter to ensure that the website remains operational and reliable, so you won’t experience downtime.
What should I do with my existing hosting?
Please do not renew your existing hosting. Once your website is migrated to our servers, the existing hosting account will no longer be necessary.

Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds. "What you see is what you get"—since you’ve already viewed and selected the theme, you’re familiar with its look and feel before placing your order.

Yes, we offer e-commerce solutions to help you set up online stores with secure payment processing and inventory management. You can sell products, offer consultation bookings, and accept payments seamlessly through Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree.
If I need complex customizations or additional pages, what will it cost?
If your website requires complex customization or additional pages beyond the standard template, you can purchase extra development time for ₹800 per hour.
Do you offer website redesign services?
We don’t offer website redesigns. However, you can use your existing domain with one of our themes. Simply select a theme and place an order, and we’ll transfer the content from your current website to the new one.
When will my website go live?
Once all customizations are complete and your content, images, and videos are added, we’ll connect the website to your domain and make it live.
What if I don’t have a domain name yet?

How long does it take to build a website?
Website development time varies based on the complexity and scope of the project. Generally, it takes 3 weeks to complete a website after we receive the final inputs.
Can I get the source files once the website is ready?
We build websites on the Wix Velo platform, not WordPress. Since no one, including our team, has access to the source files, they cannot be shared.
Can I migrate to another provider once the website is ready?
No, our technology is proprietary, so it cannot be migrated to another provider.
Can I use webmail and cPanel?
After the domain is pointed to our servers, webmail will no longer be available for receiving emails. We suggest migrating to Zoho Mail or Google Workspace; see links below for details.
Do you offer email setup and maintenance?
Yes, we offer email setup and maintenance at ₹799 per year.
I use Google Workspace emails. Will my email service be disrupted?
No, Google Workspace emails will continue to work without disruption.
